The Zumba® in the Circuit workout
takes the high-energy, Latin-inspired
dance-fitness moves of the Zumba®
program and combines them with a series
of strength exercises at one-minute
timed intervals for a 30-minute workout
that's putting a new spin on circuit
training.
It blends red-hot
international Latin music and contagious
steps to form a "fitness-party" that is
high energy, and you can burn up to
1,000 calories in just 1 hour!
Zumba Gold®
is specifically
designed to bring the same exciting
Latin and international dance rhythms
from the original Zumba program to the
Active Older Adult population (55
and up). It’s also suitable for other
populations that may need exercise
modifications. Zumba Gold addresses the
anatomical, physiological and
psychological needs specific to these
populations. It may also include a Zumba
chair workout.
Line dancing is a choreographed dance
with a repeated sequence of steps in which a
group of people dance in one or more lines or

executing the steps at the same time. Line
dancers are not in physical contact with each
other.
Soul Line Dancing is a fun, exciting way to
dance your way to good health! This dance class
will combine low, moderate and high energy line
dance routines with aerobics and will help you
burn 400-500 calories within the hour.
No previous dance experience is necessary as
your instructors will teach you all the basic
steps to get started! Bring your water bottle,
towel, and prepare for a fun experience!
Suggested attire:
dance sneakers or
tennis shoes;
comfortable, loose clothing or
workout clothes (optional)
