Gospel means good news. And, exercise becomes necessary to keep our bodies healthy. In this dance fitness class, our goal is to spread the gospel of good health through low and high-impact dance aerobics and line dancing performed to popular gospel music to induce a cardio workout and promote spiritual uplifting.  If you don’t like the traditional gym workout and are looking for a fun alternative to toning muscles, losing weight, and burning up to 400 calories within the hour, then Gospelcise is right for you! With heart disease, diabetes and hypertension rampant in our communities, it’s even more important to make a consistent commitment to keeping your body healthy and strong.

Gospelcise received national attention in the Atlanta-Journal Constitution newspaper, and has been taught on Radio One's One Love Gospel Cruise and the annual Festival at Sea Cruise!
