Festival at Sea Terms and
Conditions: All payments are non-refundable. Inquire
about
insurance
to protect your vacation investment.
Some
cabins may be sold out at time of booking. If both of your
choices are unavailable, you will be notified of an
alternative by email prior to your deposit being charged.
Prices are per person and include port charges. Airfare is
not included. Gratuities of $75 per person and government
taxes of $102 per person are additional. No tipping is
required at the end of your cruise. The fuel surcharge is
currently $63 per person for the 1st and 2nd person in a
cabin and $28 for the 3rd and 4th persons sharing the same
cabin. Fuel surcharges are subject to change. 3rd and 4th
persons sharing with two full paying adults are $1199 per
person adult, and $899 per person child (0-17). Single
occupancy is 200% of the per person price, plus $252 in
taxes and gratuities. Taxes, fuel surcharges, port charges
and all fees are subject to change.
Festival at Sea welcomes
persons under the age of 25 in their own cabins provided
they have a responsible adult guardian age 25 or older
booked on the same deck.
Please remember that you must
keep your monthly payments current to avoid forfeiting the
early booking discount.
Payment: A
non-refundable deposit of $250 per person ($500 per person
for suites) is due at time of booking. Additional payments
are $250 per person per month ($500 per person for suites)
until paid in full. If upon maintaining your monthly
schedule you are not paid in full by May 15th 2009, your
final balance will be due at that time. You must make
minimum monthly payments of $250 per person ($500 per person
for suites). All payments made to Blue World Travel are
non-refundable. Reminder:
Your cabin-mates deposit is due within 7 days of booking. If
you do not have a cabin-mate you may be matched with another
person of the same sex, unless you opt to make deposits for
two until you are able to secure your own cabin-mate. Name
change fees begin at $50 per change. Fees are subject to
revision.
Important:
A passport is required for travel to the Caribbean by
cruise ship in 2009 and it is strongly suggested you apply
